CAD Engineer

Distinctive Kitchen is seeking an experienced CAD Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving our digital measurement documents, making adjustments and preparing them for production. Our ideal candidate is highly proficient in 2D drafting software (AutoCAD is preferred), detail-oriented, and committed to delivering precise, high-quality jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret and utilize digital documents sent by the team.

2. Modify drawings using 2D software (will be trained to use our specialized tools)

3. Prepare and adjust the digital sketches to get them ready for production.

4. Maintain high standards of accuracy and precision in all design outputs.

5. Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve issues or discrepancies.

6. Manage tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Be skillful in 2D software is a must (AutoCAD preferred).

2. Exceptional attention to detail

3. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

4. Good English communication skills - email is the primary mode of communication within the company.

5. Open-minded with a willingness to expand the scope of responsibilities in the future.

6. Knowledge of countertop fabrication is a plus, but not required.
