Responsibility 1: Business Transformation To Meet The Market Movement
- Implementing the annual Company's Business Strategy Planning projects through Market & Customer analysis and Internal Capability analysis;
- Defining and setting strategic goals across various parts of the business, based on the current company priorities;
- Identifying key business insights to drive business decisions and actions;
- Performing ad hoc analyses to help the business make strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive towards efficiency;
Responsibility 2: Business Planning
- Identifying an area of opportunity within a company;
- Designing, reviewing, managing and implementing processes of KPIs assessment as well related internal process to enhance company's performance;
- Creating proposals and implementing change initiatives to improve business performance;
- Developing and driving KPIs that accurately reflect the business performance;
- Manage internal organization chart & yearly TO (headcount);
- Manage internal conference (meeting) system;
- Manage un-quantifiable KPI system and combine quantifiable KPI for reward policy based on KPIs performance assessment.
Responsibility 3: Strategic partnership
- Building Strategic Partnership portfolio, working and negotiating with specific Partnership for implementing new projects to enhance and bring better shopping experience at Lotte Mart;
- Evaluating market trends, macroeconomics, and competitive landscape assessment (Offline and Online Retail);
- Creating proposal direction and recommendations for the company;
- Researching, identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities, services offerings and corporate branding for the company in both local and foreign market (South Korea).
Responsibility 4: Team Management

- University Diploma (MSc is preferable) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent major
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in an equivalent position; Worked in Big 4, knowing online/ IT a plus.
- Have experience in creating functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support those functional strategies.
- Have deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid understanding of the overall departmental function;
- Market research & Project Management skills.
- Good in numerical and logical thinking.
- Typically reports to top management.
- Good at Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills .
- Having good English skill is a must.
