You will be in charge a bridge between developers and clients


- Provide advice to Developers from the partner's perspective.
- Estimate the number of working hours for a complex project (about xx people) and explain the results to the Japanese side.
- Support the Leader and Manager in reporting the project status.
- Design the preliminary design (external design) based on the product content.
- Understand the desired requirements for the detailed design (internal design) from the customer and explain to the developer.
- Understand, analyze and update information related to the project (e.g. project initiation, implementation and completion, or when there are requests/issues that need to be resolved)
- Understand the work situation and manage the team's work progress.

- Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology
- 2 years or more of experience as a BrSE.
- Japanese N2 or higher, good communication.
- Knowledge of operating cloud services.
- Programming knowledge equivalent to FE (information technology engineer)
- Building a database environment.
- Evaluating and improving the workflow between 3 parties: IT Com, Developer, partner to ensure optimal operation.



- Effectively apply technical skills and methods and foreign language skills to assigned work and team work.
- Good time management, communication and problem-solving skills, like to face new challenges
