Mô tả công việc:

Initiating

  • Collaborate with the Line Manager on the development of effective branding marketing plan for all assigned brands that boosting brand awareness and drives traffic to retail locations. (Giordano, Giordano Ladies, Kipling)
  • Develop and manage digital advertising initiatives through online channels.
  • Being responsible for the images of brands on all communication media.
  • Working with the oversea representatives of brands.
  • Carrying out Marketing activities and making periodical reports as required from the oversea representatives.
  • Seeking sponsorship for Marketing campaigns to build up brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing to organize in-store events and activations
  • Seeking and implementing brand activation coordinated with other brand for improving brand’s popularity and revenue.
  • Propose influencers align with brand values to promote brand awareness

Execution

  • Closely work with agencies to ensure the quality of execution branding marketing plans to be done on time and satisfying the brand’s standard.
  • Supervise advertising, media, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Responsible for the most cost-effective and best quality production of all communication materials.
  • Cooperating with all internal team are Buyer, Sale, Finance to implement Marketing plan smoothly.
  • Responsible for planning & implementation of all campaigns on online and offline channels that promote brand.
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict the future trend.
  • Planning and implementing the content plan for building up brand image in long term.

Reporting

  • Summarize, evaluate, and do a report for marketing plan.
  • Provide necessary information for planning and budgeting.
  • Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu công việc:

Functional knowledge & experience:

  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Marketing preferably with Retail or Fashion background.
  • Experience in developing marketing/ brand plans, advertising, and communication.
  • Ability to complete tasks within critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, detail-minded, positive, supportive, flexible, and adaptive.
