OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant Intern to provide essential support to the Board Of Directors by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in executive support and administration while developing time management, communication, and multitasking skills in a professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling Support:Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Communication Assistance:Help draft emails, respond to inquiries, and manage phone calls as needed (if any)
  • Document Handling:Support the preparation, editing, and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination:Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing materials, and taking meeting notes for follow-up.
  • Administrative Tasks:Perform basic office tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Travel Assistance:Provide support in booking travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties:Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the executive or team.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 4th-year students or fresh graduation in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Have career orientation in the HR-Admin field.
  • Good at Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • A proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Willing to learn and to work attitude.
