Backend Frontend Developer / Configurator

We are seeking a talented Backend & Frontend Developer / Configurator to join our growing team. You will work on a strategic Health & Productivity Management application that supports employee well-being and operational performance within large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain scalable web applications

• Design and manage REST APIs with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability

• Build responsive and user-friendly frontends using Jinja, JavaScript, and CSS

• Integrate and maintain MongoDB databases

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure product quality and ongoing improvements

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI or equivalent)

• Solid experience with Jinja, JavaScript, and responsive CSS

• Experience with MongoDB

• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and security

• Familiarity with project tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend/frontend development

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and clear documentation practices

• Experience with insurance or health-related platforms is a plus

Team Environment:

• You will be part of a 14-member team at Abiaka Software

• Project teams typically consist of 1 to 3 developers with 4 to 5 ressources project from customer orders

• Daily meetings are held in English
