Automation Project Engineer (Industrial Engineer)

1. Automation Solution, Project Management and Progress Control

• Develop detailed plans for automation projects
• Ensure continuity in implementing automation solutions and maintaining long-term efficiency.
• Plan, track, and report on the progress of automation projects.
• Analyze risk factors and implement preventive measures to resolve issues during project execution.
• Select and assess appropriate machinery for automation solutions.
• Manage testing and pilot runs for automation solutions.
• Manage project acceptance after implementation.

2. Layout & Re-layout management.

• Utilize CAD to design and improve facility layouts, collaborating with engineering and facility teams for automation integration.

3. Research and Implement New Technologies

• Research and analyse existing production processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Research automation technologies and industry trends.
• Propose and implement new technological solutions to enhance production efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors. A background in textile engineering is an advantage.
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in AGV projects, ASRS warehouses, and robots
• Experience: At least 3 years' experience
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD.
• Language: English, Chinese is a plus
