Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Oversee day-to-day office services, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and utilities.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office stationery, pantry supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate staff welfare services, including canteen/staff meal management and drinking water supply.
  • Supervise receptionist duties and manage postage/courier services.
  • Oversee vehicle arrangements and transportation logistics.
  • Assist in budget planning and provide regular reports on budget status versus actual spend.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records for all assigned administrative scopes.
  • Monitor operational costs to ensure cost-effectiveness across all services.
  • Manage medical safety protocols and staff access control systems.
  • Play a key role in the planning and setup of new office locations, focusing on employee workplace design and welfare.
  • Partner with other departments to provide administrative support for evolving business needs.
  • Take on additional administrative projects as assigned by the Head of Administration, with the potential to expand into broader corporate administration roles.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a general administration or office management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal). Ability to communicate in a third language is considered a significant advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
