Assistant to Business Development Manager
· Act as a liaison/translator between the Business Development Manager and teams managed by him
· Support in communicating with these teams and monitor/follow-up on task progress
· Translate real-time conversations and documents (Vietnamese & English)
· Prepare reports & tables and assist with documentation
HR Responsibilities
· Arrange transportation and other logistics for expat staff
· Assist in recruitment processes (posting, screening, interview scheduling)
· Maintain and update employee records and reports
· Support in onboarding and other HR-related administrative tasks
Requirements:
· Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (speaking, reading, writing)
· Strong translation and communication skills
· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
· Able to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in HR or administrative support
· Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
· Understanding of labour laws and HR practices in Vietnam
· Salary: 7-10 million VND
· Performance-based bonuses, including attendance incentives.
