Mô tả công việc:
- Handling office tasks
- Organize documents and compile monthly financial paperwork for submission to the accounting firm
- Support business when needed and other task as assigned.
- Manage communications, coordinate, translating, appointments.
- Handle personal and professional errands
- Making travel arrangements
- Provide on-the-go support, accompanying to meetings and events.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in secretary role or similar administrative role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking and management skills.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to travel abroad (when necessary)
