Air Freight Export Officer/executive (8-month Contract)

1. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Input booking information (link from WHS) & flight schedule into TMS.

• Print Schenker combined labels to stick on carton boxes.

• Issue HAWB, Manifest and MAWB to Airlines (if requested). Double check information with weight slip.

• Update shipment events into TMS

• Check & prepare soft copies of shipping documents for sending pre-alert

• Prepare pouch of shipping documents (per MAWB) to submit to airlines for dispatching together with freight.

• Send PRE ALERT: auto & manually in accordance to Intel specific SOPs

• Tracking and tracing cargo and keep Customer service & Schenker Oversea at destination updated if any changes vs initial flight schedule.

• Issue airfreight invoice & storage charge invoice when have information.

• Cooperate with Onsite Team for properly receiving cargo at terminal warehouse. Avoid missing the booked flight schedule.

• Communicate with airlines for any cargo revision vs the booking and request airlines to extend cut-off time if cargo to be late released.

• Communicate with IT for any system problem.

• Update information into customer’s system or airlines’ system as requested.

• Follow & communicate with other parties if any problem occurs.

2. SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Fluent communication both in English and Vietnamese

• Customer Orientation, Proactive, teamwork

• Hard working, honest and ability to work under pressure

• Attention to detail and accuracy

3. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in Economics (Graduates from Foreign Trade University or National Economics University or Commercial University are preferable).

• Relevant working experience is preferred.

• Forwarding background is an advantage.
