Mô tả công việc:

Job Purpose

Driving the safe, responsible, and effective adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and platforms across LSP, while establishing and maintaining the governance framework, policies, and controls needed to manage AI-related risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide AI adoption initiatives (e.g., AILY Roadshow, AI Masters Development Program).
  • Design and deliver training curricula, workshops, and hands-on sessions to build AI capability and practical skills among employees.
  • Act as first-line point of contact for employee questions on what AI tools are approved, how to use them, and where to get help.
  • Maintain an AI agent inventory, models, and use cases in use across the organization, including ownership, risk classification, and review the accuracy of AI tools.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related fields.
  • Technology/AI savvy and eager to learn.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Change management mindset — comfortable driving adoption of new ways of working.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
