- Define recruitment needs based on requirement, recruitment plan, recruitment budget.
- Buildup/ Revise Job Description.
- Contact with agent to process recruitment procedure such as selecting CV, arranging interview, informing interview result to candidates.
- Conduct orientation training for new joiners.
- Make Preparation before onboarding.
- Monitor, remind, guide staff to ensure strict compliance with Company regulations (Labor regulation, Anti-trust, Anit-Bribery, etc).
- Prepare/Renew/Terminate Labor contract and maintain labor records and other HR documents per regulation.
- Making visa, work permit for foreigners employees.
- Handle incoming call, welcome guest, Booking hotel, car, airline, restaurant for business trip and welcome guest.
- Purchase and control stationery, office equipment, follow up on repairs and maintenance of premises and office equipment.
- Claim and manage office expenses: office rental, car rental, telephone fee, electricity and parking fee, etc....
- Support to prepare budget for admin expenses
- File and store admin contracts
- Graduated from University
- English: At least Strong Intermediate level
- Having at least 2-3 years experience as Admin staffs or related position.
- Good at communication skill
- Hard work and high responsibility.
