Job Description
·Dealing with vendors: printing, gift, venue, hotel, transportation, equipments, caterers, technical operation.
·Handling logistics: Prepare checklist, arranging equipment and necessary items for event.
·Managing the operation of campaigned data reports and image reports.
·Tracking POSM inventory, gifts, following contracts, liquidation with suppliers.
·Observing operation activities for projects to take place effectively;
·Other tasks as directed by management.
Job Requirement
·Final year or recently graduated students major in Business or Marketing.
·Commit for at least 2 months of internship; 4,5 days/week.
·Good communication & team-work skills.
·Strong interest in Event Marketing.
·Work under the pressure and a robust/resilient attitude toward challenges
·Computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
·Experience Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Nighlight or related field;
·Preferred students with good English skills.
