We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin HR Leader (focusing on Administration/C&B/ Policy and Engagement/ Office Management functions..)This role will involve overseeing the daily office operations and human resources functions of our technology company. You will ensure a smooth office environment, optimize HR processes, and foster a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin:
● Manage the performance of the Administrative Team.
● Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
● Establish and implement company policies, standards, and procedures
● Manage office supplies and equipment (procurement, distribution, and repairs). Control admin expenses and office budget
● Track office asset usage and coordinate with accounting for annual inventory
checks.
HR:
● Collaborate with the rest of our Back Office Team (Talent Acquisition/ Internal Communication/ Accounting..) to ensure a professional and positive experience for new and existing employees.
● Manage all sorts of HR documents.
● Administer the company’s compensation & benefits programs, including salary
structures, bonuses, incentives, and other perks.
● Provide advisory support on compensation issues and answer employee queries regarding benefits.
Policy Development & Compliance:
● Develop, update, and enforce company policies, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and best HR practices.
● Provide guidance and recommendations to management on employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievance procedures.
● Train and educate employees and managers on company policies and HR processes.
● Foster a positive working environment by training subordinates with a high standard service mindset; organize engagement events (birthdays, team-building, town hall); act as an advisory center for all employees about HR- Admin issues.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the Admin - HR/ Office Management area, including 3 years in the Lead role, practical experience in the tech industry is a must.
Skills:
● Strong knowledge of HR functions, including compensation, benefits administration, labor laws, and policy development.
● Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, HR best practices, and office management.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information
with discretion.
● Ability to communicate in English in a working environment.
