Post all payments from distributors: check the bank statement daily and post them accurately into SAP. Inform incoming payment from customer to Customer service team daily. Review AR balance weekly in order to make sure the compliance with AR procedures.
Manage an AP team about 4-5 AP staffs to support for VN and other countries in scope of SSC. Review and adjust job/task allocation to the team regarding to human resource situation to enhance and maximize capability of AP team. Support SSC manager to recruit, train and build up a healthy and stable SSC AP team.
