1/ Overall Role Purpose:
- Responsible for ensuring all suppliers and other parties perform Warehouse/Value Added Services (VAS) agreements aligned to customers’ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the company’s operations standards.
- Issue all required reports/data related to Warehouse/VAS to ensure customer’s needs are met/exceeded in a timeliness and professional manner.
- Ensure that control of Warehouse/VAS service inadequacies is maintained by establishing and monitoring service indicators and overall performance, and taking necessary actions from our suppliers and other parties to achieve its targeted service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner and excellent attitude.
- Be responsible for an efficient information flow between all parties involved (suppliers, factories and internal departments)
- Monitoring operational and general business KPIs/SLAs, ensuring they are met both in a performance and cost manner.
- Review all aspects of the operations and drive in any improvements in methods, procedures and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers/customers’ personnel through regular contacts or communications with the key/ senior management.
- Ensure employees/suppliers/visitors comply with our Corporate standards of Safety and Security for warehouse operations and follow its regulations, instructions, and compliance-related working safety.
- Conduct internal frequent Audits and hazard Analyses (for new, existing and changes) with the Safety Committee and - Customers to align such at the workplace/warehouse.
- Other assignments as and when required by Line Manager.
2/ Accountabilities:
2.a. Customer (Internal/ External):
- To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deliverables concerned.
- To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding issues
2.b. Process:
- Lead, monitor & follow up daily inbound & outbound operations.
- Prepare incident reports if damages or discrepancies are found during daily operations.
- Visually check on cargo i.e. dented cartons, wet cartons, torn cartons, short ship/ over ship & etc. Tally in and ensure accuracy.
- Verify documents, update the system accurately and timely.
- Ensure the work instructions, requirements and SOP are adhered to strictly.
- Notify the superior if there’s a problem executing efficiently.
- Perform the physical picking, putaway, and support (ferrying pallets to and staging area).
- Offload incoming stocks and load outgoing stocks.
- Assist in physical housekeeping during the cycle count process.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the surrounding work area.
- Adhere to the Safety Regulations of Operating Material Handling Equipment. rules & regulations set by the management.
- Manage data entry for each shipment.

2.d. Working location: TBS Warehouse - No. 9, DT 743 Street, Dong Hoa Ward, HCMC (former Di An City, Binh Duong), Vietnam
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in general Business Administration/ International Business/ Logistics/ Supply Chain, etc.
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistic practices and end-to-end supply chain experience.
- Professional experience of 2-5 years in the logistics industry, Purchasing Order management experience for consumer /retail goods is preferable.
- 2-5 years 3PL /Consolidation /Ocean Freight experience.
- Logistics /Business accreditations; Lean Six Sigma; First Choice Bronze.
- Sound communicator at all levels of an organization, from operations clerical staff to board level, both within and external to DHL.
- English speaking (fluent or mother tongue), required additional language is an asset.
