Your mission? Edit, produce, and deliver high-quality, engaging, and optimised videos — both short and long format — that make people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do

• Edit 1–2 long-form videos per week for YouTube

• Produce 15–20 short-form Reels/TikToks per week for Instagram and TikTok

• Optimise videos with compelling thumbnails, titles, tags, and CTAs to maximise views and drive inbound sales

• Edit engaging video content for advertising, marketing, and brand campaigns

• Adapt video content for different platforms, including ratio adjustments, cutdowns, and versioning

• Stay up-to-date with content trends to ensure every edit resonates with target audiences

• Collaborate with producers, directors, and creatives to align visuals, story flow, and brand messaging

• Maintain branding consistency across all brands and channels.

• 2+ years’ professional experience in video editing, ideally in a social media or creative agency setting

• To be able to work at our Ho Chi Minh City office in Vietnam

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal

• Strong online communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams

• Ability to report progress and results remotely

• Bonus points for AI content creation skills — AI-generated imagery/video, AI-powered editing tools
