How you’ll make an impact

• Lead the UK Inbound team to deliver high-quality, timely, and profitable travel solutions.
• Manage key accounts, tenders, VIP/FAM bookings, and complex client requests.
• Drive UK market strategy through market insights, product development, pricing, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Contracting, Product, Sales, OPS, CARE, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships.
• Ensure SOPs, service standards, turnaround times, and financial processes are consistently met.
• Coach and develop the team through training, performance reviews, OKRs, and regular feedback.
• Resolve complex issues and complaints while maintaining high service standards

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Inbound Travel Consultant, including 3–5+ years in a team leadership/management role.
• Proven experience managing a team of 5–10+ people; UK/European market experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of destination management, travel products, pricing, tour operations, and customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam’s key travel destinations; remote destinations are a plus.
• Operations experience and knowledge of sustainable/responsible tourism are a plus.
