We are seeking a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board to support the company’s executive operations in the steel structure, mechanical, and galvanizing industry. This role involves close collaboration with the Chairman in managing strategic business initiatives, external relations, and daily corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chairman in coordinating and monitoring business and production activities across company departments and subsidiaries.
Support in developing and executing strategic projects, partnerships, and investment plans in the mechanical and steel structure sector.
Represent and accompany the Chairman in meetings with partners, clients, investors, and government agencies.
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes; perform translation and interpretation (Vietnamese–English) when required.
Track progress, collect and analyze reports from departments, and provide summarized updates to the Chairman.
Support communication and public relations activities; assist in drafting official statements and business correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Engineering, Sales, Admin, Communication) to ensure efficient execution of directives.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferably steel structure, mechanical, construction, or galvanizing).
Strong understanding of B2B operations, project business, and industrial production processes.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and task management tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Salary: Up to 35 million VND/month (negotiable based on experience).
Annual performance bonus and 13th-month salary.
