1. Pre-COD
- Conduct field verification of transport routes under the manager's instructions, including accompanying test
drives, recording road conditions, gradients, and travel times.
- Construct and strategize optimal domestic transportation networks, evaluating options such as direct transport
vs. hub-and-spoke models.
- Negotiate terms and conclude contracts with trucking companies.
- Verify transport routes from each source province, checking road conditions, loading/unloading infrastructure
and develop optimized routing plans.
- Develop transportation cost models based on field research data.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the manager.

2. Post-COD
- Manage and oversee the daily fuel receiving schedule, truck and barge deliveries of wood residues and similar
biomass materials at the power plant.
- Continuously identify transportation operational issues and implement improvements to optimize daily logistics
flows.
- Collect and analyze data to support transportation cost reduction including measuring actual fuel
consumption, truck waiting times, and loading/unloading durations.
- Identify and develop relationships with transportation partners that meet the company's quality and reliability
requirements.

{MUST}
- Graduated from College
- English: Intermediate level
- Having at least 2 years of practical experience in domestic logistics e.g., local transport dispatching, operation management, or warehouse coordination for domestic transportation.
- Physically fit for frequent field work in mountainous and remote areas
- Solid familiarity with road transport routes and terrain across Northern Vietnam provinces
- Experience in building optimal transportation networks for bulk or heavy cargo including semi-trailer or largevehicle logistics.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site, including frequent travel and route verification in mountainous
provinces.
- Flexible and highly execution-driven in field-based working environments.
- Deep knowledge of land transport conditions, road networks, and logistics infrastructure across Northern
Vietnam.

{PREFER}
- Familiarity with wood material transportation characteristics, loading requirements, and handling practices.
