Trade Marketing Staff

· Propose ideas and participate in developing Trade Marketing plans in alignment with the brand’s business strategy.

· Develop and implement Trade Marketing programs (consumer engagement, brand promotion, sales promotions, etc.) in designated areas according to periodic plans and brand advertising campaigns.

· Execute and communicate program details, POSM materials, and handle violations within the store network.

· Contribute to developing display strategies for shelves, counters, and visual merchandising within the brand’s store network.

· Supervise the installation and acceptance of advertising materials/items in the designated area (POSM, Merchandising).

· Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of Trade Marketing programs in the assigned area.

· Handle licensing procedures/notifications to regulatory authorities as required (if needed).

· Gather market insights (competitor information, customer feedback, purchasing behavior, market trends, etc.) to enhance investment efficiency in the area.

· Collaborate with the sales system and coordinate with the Marketing team to drive business results periodically, consolidate data, and analyze effectiveness to ensure synchronized and timely marketing plans.

· Implement cross-brand partnerships to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing field.
• Good communication with multi functions in big organization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
