Report to Trade Marketing Manager
Major tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinate and develop trade marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives across all regions and channels.
• Initiate & lead programing & campaign developing for each customer, to drive sales & enhance brand’s visibility, and to ensure the customer needs are integrated with our go-to-market strategy.
• Prepare and communicate trade program with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning teams for all relevant markets.
• Assist in the development and execution of other trade marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities that align with the Brand’s business objectives.
• Manage and evaluate trade promotions to achieve maximum returns on investment.
• Develop and deploy sales and trade tracking reports, ensuring effective communication across all related parties.
• Assist in trade and marketing accruals and budget forecasting.
• Work with the sales team to identify POSM material needs and oversee the execution of POSM strategies, including design, production, and logistics.
• Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
2. At least 3-year experience working in Trade Marketing position. Having experience working with pharmacy/FMCG industry is a plus.
3. Strong communication & negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
5. Fluent in English
