Technical Department Supervisor

We produces fashion Buttons and garment accessories in natural shell, polyester, zinc alloy and corozo. Our company operates at international standards and is widely recognized for its reliability in terms of quality, on-time delivery and competitiveness. We supply our products to the biggest fashion and sportswear brands.

Manage and coordinate Technical Department’s team including staffs, engineers & technicians in order to:

 Produce all samples on-time and in compliance with customers’ requirements.

 Define correct bill of materials and routing for every product.

 Create technical files and control documents for every product.

 Calculate price for new products and update pricing regularly.

 Write standard operating procedures and work instructions for all production processes.

 Study and implement new processes and technologies to extend our product lines.

 Organize and optimize technical department at all levels to become more reliable and efficient.

 Ensure good technical support and appropriate documentation for production department.

 University degree in mechanical or technical field.

 Good ability to manage a team.

 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar position.

 Excellent organizational skills.

 Good English level.

 Ability to use common office software and AutoCad

 Able to work under pressure.

 Age from 26 to 35 years old

 Highly motivated, flexible, honest, and reliable

 Resident in Binh Duong/Thu Duc area is a plus
