Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Project Assistant to support our Managing Director in handling IT project coordination and office administration. This is a hybrid role involving both technical communication and daily office operations, including HR-related support when needed.
What You’ll Do:
• Project & Technical Coordination
• Act as a communication bridge between the Managing Director and regional IT teams
• Follow up on project progress, track task completion, and report updates
• Break down technical requests and coordinate with developers, designers, and QA
• Help source and liaise with external vendors or freelancers if required
• Administrative Support
• Handle daily office operations and maintain a smooth working environment
• Assist with HR tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding logistics, and internal coordination
• Organize files, update records, and prepare documents or reports when necessary
• Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director
Who You Are:
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• 1–3 years of experience in technical coordination
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Tech-aware: understands basic IT project workflows
• Able to handle multi-tasking and work independently
• Proficient in office software (email, spreadsheets, documentation tools)
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting software or R&D teams
• Experience in admin or HR support
• Familiar with internal systems, documentation, or ticket tracking tools
