Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing offers.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and non-technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, referrals, networking).
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Digital Unicorn’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in our HR system (Odoo).
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager to support overall HR operations when needed.

3+ yearsof proven experience inTalent Acquisition/Recruitmentwithin the IT industry.
Fluent in English(both written and spoken).
Strong knowledge ofsourcing techniquesand modern recruitment tools.
Hands-on experience usingFacebook & LinkedInfor talent sourcing.
Possess a large candidate database in Da Nangand astrong LinkedIn network.
Proven ability tosource CVs for hard-to-fill/critical positions.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability tomanage multiple roles and stakeholdersin a fast-paced environment.
Experience withATS/HR systems(Odooexperience is a plus).
