Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support the PO team in reviewing and verifying documents such as bills and permits.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to inspect cargo quality prior to receipt, including requesting cargo photos before unstuffing or loading.
Handle daily PO/PQ, Goods Issue (GI), and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in the SAP system.
Support the warehouse team in preparing documentation for customs declarations and audit reports.
Daily record on the in/out Lot numbers transaction & keep track of the stocks Inward, Outward and perform the Inventory reconciliation with warehouse/ SAP system.
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.

Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Intermediate proficiency in English across all skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
