- Creating proposal documents for retail sales strategies (structuring issues and visualization)
- Listing and organizing potential distributor and retailer candidates
- Supporting the selection process through comparative analysis of candidate companies
- Identifying and organizing key points for transaction terms (pricing, margins, logistics, etc.)
- Attending and providing interpretation support for negotiations and meetings with clients and local firms
- Managing day-to-day coordination and progress with local partner companies
- Acting as a point of contact for clients in Japan and other countries and participating in meetings
- Creating and updating WBS and task lists during the setup of sales structures
- Arranging and attending market site visits and extracting insights from those visits
- Ensuring smooth communication and alignment of priorities with internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor Degree
- N2 intermediate level
- English: Upper intermediate level
Have 2 years experience below:
- Proposal Development: Proven experience in proposal creation (structure design, issue identification, and documentation).
- Project Management: Experience in progress management and project facilitation (task management and stakeholder coordination).
- Negotiation & Interpretation: Experience participating in negotiations/meetings or professional experience as an interpreter (internal or external).
- Execution Skills: Ability to drive projects forward with a focus on local coordination while delivering tangible outputs within deadlines.
