Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our strategic marketing efforts. This role requires a solid marketing background and extensive practical experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: (50%)

  • Create long-term marketing plans and launch strategies for the organization’s products and services.
  • Develop targeted marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and analyze current and future market trends and developments.
  • Present concept and idea

Campaign Management: (20%)

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop specific marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and distribution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Brand and Performance Management: (10%)

  • Develop strategies to improve marketing performance, including pricing and segmentation strategies.
  • Strengthen and maintain brand positioning in the market through effective messaging and advertising strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and advertising expenditures to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership: (10%)

  • Supervise marketing staff, ensuring all objectives are met and fostering a collaborative environment.

Provide guidance and support for team members' professional development.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic planning, preferably in an integrated marketing communications (IMC) or advertising agency environment.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (digital, TV, print, sponsorships, PR, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • In-depth knowledge of consumer insights, brand positioning, and market trends.
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
