Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Storage Terminal Supervisor($1100, ID21306)

Tank Farm Operations

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of liquid products.
• Control inventory accuracy and monitor tank capacity.
• Supervise tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves, and metering systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and periodic inspections.
• Organize stock reconciliation and inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, firefighting, and environmental regulations.

Marine Cargo Transfer

• Coordinate all ship-to-shore cargo transfer operations.
• Review vessel ETA/ETD and prepare loading/discharge plans.
• Liaise with Masters, Chief Officers, Port Authorities, Shipping Agents, and terminal stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-transfer safety meetings and complete Ship/Shore Safety Checklists.
• Verify loading arms, hoses, manifolds, and safety systems.
• Supervise cargo transfer, monitoring flow rates and pressure.
• Confirm transferred quantities and finalize cargo documentation.
• Report and manage operational abnormalities or emergencies.

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering, Chemical, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in tank terminal operations.
• Prior experience as Marine Loading Master is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, firefighting, marine cargo transfer, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English or Chinese.
