Overview: Execute daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and reporting. Support campaign implementation and community management to build an active online presence.
Responsibilities
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, graphics, video) tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Assist in managing social media communications by promptly responding to guest comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.
• Monitor and report on audience demographics and campaign performance metrics regularly.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other teams to produce quality social media assets.
• Stay informed about social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
• Help maintain consistency of brand messaging across all social channels and website updates.
• Contribute ideas for social media content and community engagement.
• Support Marketing teams with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Assistant Manager or Digital Manager.
