Senior Tour Operator

What will you do?

• Arrange travel services in the South (hotels, transportation, boats, air tickets, visas, guides, etc.), ensuring everything is well prepared before clients arrive in Vietnam. Keep the Sales team updated on any changes to guarantee accuracy and clarity.

• Monitor and follow up on all booked services to ensure smooth operations during clients’ trips, handling any issues that arise promptly.

• Coordinate effectively with the Sales and Accounting teams, as well as with North and Central offices and suppliers.

• Manage contract rates for land services (hotels, restaurants, boats, cyclos, special activities, guides, vehicles, airfares, etc.): request rates from suppliers, review and compare with previous contracts, submit for signing, and track hard copies. Update the master sheet to ensure accuracy of pricing.

• Supervise junior team members when required.

• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Other works assigned by the Manager.
