Building high-performing teams in product development.
Driving Agile mindset and collaboration across functional teams.
Facilitating Scrum events and guiding team discussions, supporting decision-making, and resolving conflicts.
Coaching team members on Scrum best practices for improvement.
Aligning delivery plans with product roadmap and release plan.
Managing team capacity and negotiating priorities with stakeholders.
Managing risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting status on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues across leadership.
Inspiring the team to adapt, grow and deliver consistent value.
Engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations through clear and consistent communication.
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters for enhanced effectiveness.
Your Skills and Experience
If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
+ Over 5 years of practical experience in Agile settings, including a minimum of 2 years as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent role.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), and servant leadership.
+ Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM II or higher); SAFe certification is an advantage.
+ Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
+ Demonstrated experience in product development environments with a history of building dynamic, high-performing teams.
+ Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and managing dependencies, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills for applying Scrum theory and practices.
+ Energetic and passionate, with strong leadership abilities and motivational skills, capable of inspiring and continuously motivating Scrum teams.
+ Proficient in facilitating discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
+ A strong understanding of civil engineering is highly advantageous.
+ A background in software product development is required.
+ Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects/products involving multiple Scrum teams.
