Senior Operation Engineer

As an Operation Engineer at Rikkeisoft, you will be responsible for operating and managing a variety of systems and applications deployed as services. You will ensure stable service delivery through proactive monitoring, system inspections, and collaboration with development and overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to service requests (SR) via Jira.
• Monitor system performance and health to ensure stability and availability.
• Perform DevOps-based deployments for web, app, and hybrid platforms.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance (PM) activities to mitigate service disruptions.
• Oversee operations across Cloud, Application, and DBaaS platforms (monitoring only; no direct incident resolution required).
• Handle database operations on cloud platforms.
• Prepare and submit operation reports summarizing key outcomes and improvement points.
• Collaborate with the team in Seoul regarding operational processes and updates.
• Analyze application logs and system behavior to identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Certifications in Software Engineering, IT Operations, or relevant areas are a plus.

Experience & Skills:

• Hands-on experience in system operations and synchronization management.
• Strong understanding and practical skills in cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., PLG stack).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins.
• Proficiency in working with databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Programming knowledge in Java (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security), Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Experience with application log analysis and issue diagnosis.
• Understanding of Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2 and OIDC.
• Knowledge of message queue systems, particularly RabbitMQ.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a bilingual (English/Korean) environment.
