Mô tả công việc:

Design & Development: Lead the architectural design and development of Backend systems based on Microservices using Spring Boot or Jetty Embedded.
Large-Scale Data Processing: Implement asynchronous interaction solutions via Kafka and RabbitMQ, ensuring seamless system operation and eliminating bottlenecks even during peak traffic surges.
Data Management & Optimization: Design database structures and optimize complex queries on MariaDB/MySQL to ensure data integrity and millisecond-level response times.
System Performance Engineering: Ensure Scalability and High Availability (HA) for critical business modules, including automated pricing, underwriting, and claims processing.
Mentorship & Leadership: Conduct Code Reviews and mentor Junior/Middle engineers in message queue processing strategies and database optimization techniques.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Experience: Mid-level engineer with 5–6 years of professional software development experience specializing in Java.
Core Tech Stack:
- Proficiency in the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Security) or Jetty Embedded.
- Hands-on experience with Message Brokers: Kafka (for logging/streaming) and RabbitMQ (for task orchestration).
- Mastery of MariaDB and PostgreSQL: Deep understanding of indexing, stored procedures, transaction management, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment on Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Systems Thinking: Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture, application security, and advanced Design Patterns. Practical experience in system operations, log-based debugging, root cause analysis, and incident response/troubleshooting in production environments.
AI Empowerment: Hands-on experience working with Agentic AI systems and AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to significantly enhance development speed, unit testing, bug detection, and workflow automation.
Ownership & Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong sense of end-to-end ownership. Proactively analyze requirements and propose optimized technical solutions rather than just executing tasks.
Continuous Learning: A powerful self-learning capability with a drive to stay updated on emerging technologies and the agility to adapt within the dynamic Insurtech landscape.
Product Mindset: Ability to collaborate closely with Product teams (PO/BA) to understand business logic and deliver technical solutions that provide the best user experience.
