Senior Digital Marketing

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to promote AI training and consulting services.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy. Write and produce high-quality, compelling content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns) that aligns with brand positioning and resonates with B2B audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• SEO & SEM: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and thought leadership in the AI/consulting industry.
• Lead Generation: Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns, leveraging email marketing, landing pages, and CRM tools to convert prospects into customers.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the AI training and consulting sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and the CEO to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution and optimal resource allocation.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, specifically within software/AI product marketing in a B2B tech startup or marketing agency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in content writing and content strategy development.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation tools.
• Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B/B2C marketing strategies, software/AI product lifecycles, and current digital marketing trends.
• Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar certifications.
