The Senior Compound Engineer will oversee the development and optimization of materials for industrial and manufacturing applications. This role requires technical expertise and a proactive approach to ensure high-quality, innovative solutions for the engineering and manufacturing department.
Developing and optimizing compounds to meet product performance requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure materials meet industrial standards.
Conducting material testing and analysis to ensure quality and durability.
Identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions in material development.
Providing technical support to production teams and troubleshooting material-related issues.
Staying updated on industry trends and integrating innovative materials into the manufacturing process.
Documenting and reporting findings to align with company and regulatory standards.
Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations in material handling and usage.

A degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of material properties and footwear manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of industry standards and regulations.
A commitment to quality and innovation in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for material analysis and design.
