Senior Co - Man Quality Control

1. Operational Management:

• Lead and supervise all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets while minimizing costs and maximizing output.
• Monitor production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with shipments and delivery schedules.

2. Quality Control Oversight:

• Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products to identify deviations and address quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Problem Identification and Resolution:
  • Identify deviations or defects in products and escalate issues to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality management systems (ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 4-5 years’ experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on both operations management and quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in quality management and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in cashew processing plants or in the food industry.
