Senior Business Transformation Manager

· Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

· Experience/Industry requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, BIG4 or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
