Senior Accounting Service Manager (28692)

1. Service & Professional Management
Manage key and complex client accounts, ensuring high-quality accounting and tax services.
Oversee the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial, tax, and management reports.
Review service issues, assess risks, and implement solutions.
Establish professional standards and coordinate across teams.
Lead special projects (Due Diligence, Internal Audit, Post-Merger Integration, etc.).
Support Managers in resolving complex accounting and tax matters.

2. Client & Business Management
Maintain client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
Manage contracts, resources, and departmental productivity.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors on budgeting, revenue, GP, OP targets, and operational improvement initiatives.

3. Human Resources Management
Lead, coach, and develop Managers, Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Junior Consultants.
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support career development.
Build succession plans, strengthen leadership capabilities, allocate resources effectively, and resolve performance or team issues.

4. Training & Development
Stay updated on accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
Develop and coordinate professional training programs across offices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

5. Coordination & Operational Improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and working principles.
Drive process improvements, strengthen risk controls, and enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

6. Strategic Development
Recommend initiatives to improve service quality and competitiveness.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.
Contribute to new service development, professional initiatives, and the company's accounting service strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including at least 5 years in a management position.
• Experience managing outsourced accounting services
• Thorough understanding of Vietnamese accounting, tax, and corporate law.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Professional certifications such as CPA Vietnam
