1. Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO (emails, phone calls, letters).
· Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
· Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders as the point of contact for the CEO.
· Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company information.
· Assist in the preparation of board materials and executive communications.
· Monitor tasks and deadlines related to CEO’s directives and projects.
· Perform general administrative duties including filing, expense reporting, and record-keeping.
· Support the CEO in both professional and occasional personal tasks.
2. Key Performance Indicators
· Effective support to the CEO, including timely scheduling and task follow-ups.
· Tasks completed on time as assigned by the CEO.
· Travel & Itinerary Planning Accuracy.
· Meeting prepared with accurate agendas, documents, and briefing notes.
· Number of reported confidentiality breaches (should be zero).
1 General requirements
· Nationality : Vietnamese
· Personality : Organized, confident, highly motivated and above all honest
2 Education and Training
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3 Experience and Qualification
· Minimal 02 (two) year experience in the same position. Experience in wood industry is preferred.
· Strong practical experience in application for visa, work permit and TRC for expat' Experience of managing staff.
4 Skills and other abilities
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Chinese is an advantage.
· Proficiency in keyboarding and applications of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
· Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
· The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
· Flexibility and adaptability.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
· The ability to work to deadlines and under consequent pressure.
