Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Work with the Sales team to proceed Client's orders according to company's process, follow up and manage the orders to ensure that the services are delivered on time and effectively.
  • Provide excellent Client support services through various channels (email, chat or phone)
  • Report any issues affecting assigned tasks or client complaints to the line manager. Analyze the root causes of complaints and suggest corrective or preventive action.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, data, and performance metrics to identify trends, insights for services improvement.
  • Support Sales Team in preparing and follow up Service Contracts.
  • Maintain the weekly/monthly/bi-monthly reviews with team and line managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Customer Support or Sales Admin role.
  • College or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
  • Have knowledge of Economics, Finance, and Banking is preffered
  • Fluent in English (4 skills), Preferable TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5
  • Communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
  • Be flexible, dynamic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
