Mô tả công việc

Work with the Sales team to proceed Client's orders according to company's process, follow up and manage the orders to ensure that the services are delivered on time and effectively.
Provide excellent Client support services through various channels (email, chat or phone)
Report any issues affecting assigned tasks or client complaints to the line manager. Analyze the root causes of complaints and suggest corrective or preventive action.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback, data, and performance metrics to identify trends, insights for services improvement.
Support Sales Team in preparing and follow up Service Contracts.
Maintain the weekly/monthly/bi-monthly reviews with team and line managers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
