Job Overview

BlueOC Tech is looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive business growth in either the English-speaking or Japanese-speaking market for our IT Outsourcing services.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding strategic accounts, and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients. You will also serve as the primary liaison between overseas customers and our offshore engineering teams in Vietnam, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and account management within the IT Services or IT Outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned market (English-speaking or Japanese-speaking).
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise clients while expanding existing business opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and manage strategic customer accounts to achieve long-term business growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, solution consulting, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Consult clients on IT Outsourcing, Offshore Development Center (ODC), Dedicated Team, and Software Development services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable and competitive solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze business opportunities, and optimize sales conversion rates.
  • Participate in networking events, business associations, exhibitions, and industry conferences to expand market presence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

2. Sales Management

  • Manage and maintain an effective sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate proposal preparation, quotations, contract negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Ensure a smooth project handover to the delivery team after contract signing.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to increase client retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Continuously improve the sales process to maximize business performance.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between international clients and offshore engineering teams in Vietnam.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and market development activities.
  • Provide customer insights and market feedback to support product improvement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build strong internal collaboration to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience in IT Services, Software Development, or IT Outsourcing is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in new business development and enterprise account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business models.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment.

Language Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in English OR Japanese (required).
  • Candidates will be assigned to the market corresponding to their language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network with international enterprises or Japanese companies.
  • Experience selling Offshore Development Center (ODC), Dedicated Team, Managed Services, Cloud Services, AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Previous experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
