1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle sales enquiries

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotations

- Process and track sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules

- Assist sales team in administrative works

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

- Filing of sales documents

- Assist in sales related task

- Coordinate with other department and subsidiary groups

- Written and Conversational English (Report directly to foreign boss)

- Strong computer skills

- Willing to learn

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Punctual, initiative, meticulous, organised & cooperative.
