Sale Leader- Quận 7

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Management
- Achieve revenue goals through new student enrollments and re-enrollments.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head Tutor and the team to meet center targets.
- Optimize the sales process, from telesales calls to student registrations, ensuring
high conversion rates at each stage.
- Ensure all Educational Consultants (ECs) meet their individual new sales targets.
2. Operational Management
- Oversee and optimize center operations, including class scheduling, student satisfaction, and teacher efficiency.
- Achieve and maintain a 75% annual re-enrollment rate and 93% quarterly re-enrollment.
- Ensure teaching efficiency by achieving a minimum of 110% of contracted teaching hours.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience, responding to feedback and complaints efficiently.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop the center staff, including Educational Consultants, Teachers, and Administrative personnel.
- Ensure staff achieve individual KPIs and provide training plans for staff development.
- Identify and develop talent within the team for future leadership roles.
4. Budget and Financial Management
- Monitor and manage the center's budget, ensuring expenses align with the forecasted financial goals.
- Ensure any discrepancies in the budget are highlighted, explained, and promptly addressed.
5. Brand and Location Management
- Ensure the center's brand image is maintained and promoted within the local community (schools, residential areas, shopping malls).
- Achieve agreed local marketing activations, PT (Personal Tutor) targets, and demo sessions.
- Ensure the center is recognized as the premium tutoring service in the neighborhood.
6. Evaluation & Reporting
- Monitor and report on all key performance areas, including revenue, operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Submit comprehensive analysis and action plans according to deadlines set by senior management.
7. Communication and Collaboration
- Facilitate communication across all departments to ensure smooth planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of center operations.
- Ensure staff clearly understand the expectations needed to achieve both center and organizational goals.
8. Teaching Quality and Delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Head Tutor and Academic team to ensure that academic quality and delivery meet the highest standards.
- Ensure academic procedures and policies are followed to maintain the integrity and quality of teaching.
9. Campus and Organizational Support
- Perform other duties as required by senior management to support the national activities of the organization.

- Minimum of 2 years of management experience at Center Manager/ Center Sales/Sale leader
- Manager/ Center Operation Manager position.
- Good at English.
- Bachelor’s degree qualified and experience in education or a related field such as
hospitality, banking, and Business Administration
- Previous experience managing sales or operational teams
- Data and target driven mindset, a general understanding of business, sales and
marketing
- Highly analytical and possesses creative and intuitive problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to
manage time accordingly
- Available to work on weekend & shift working hours.
