Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Customer Requirement Management (Samsung Electronics)
Act as the primary point of contact for customer logistics-related requests and operational inquiries.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc performance reports (KPI, SLA, NPS, lead time, damage/loss, cost analysis).
Conduct logistics cost analysis (warehouse, transportation, handling, last mile) and provide variance analysis (YoY / MoM / vs Budget).
Analyze operational bottlenecks and propose improvement actions, support data-driven decision making through structured reporting (Excel / PPT based dashboards).
Escalate risk factors impacting service or cost and support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics process and system optimization (WMS / TMS / ERP interface).
Contract & Commercial Management (Subsidiary Level)
Monitor contract validity period and renewal timeline for logistics service providers (warehouse / transportation / last mile).
Review contract terms & conditions including SLA, penalty clauses, liability, insurance coverage, and rate structures.
Ensure alignment between contracted terms and actual operational execution.
Track pricing structure (CBM / FTL / LTL / DO basis) and validate billing accuracy.
Support RFQ / bidding preparation including volume analysis and cost comparison.
Communication & Coordination with HQ & Subsidiary
Facilitate structured communication between HQ and regional branches.
Consolidate operational updates and key issues for management reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional discussions (Operation / Finance / QA / IT).
Support regional task force (TF) initiatives and special projects.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiency initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis on service failure cases (damage, loss, delay).
Propose preventive measures and monitor stabilization progress.
Support warehouse consolidation or operational transition projects.

Yêu cầu công việc:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor degree above. Major in Logistics or other related fields.
English & Korean Language Skill is a must (Korean Intermediate level).
Other language skill is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Operation Field.
Experience with WMS/ TMS/ ERP System.
Strong capability in identifying operational challenges and manage risk effectively.
Proactive problem-solving skill combined with clear and effective communication.
SKILLS:
Computer: Good at Excel, Power point and Words.
Good communication skills: both speaking and writing (email).
