Mô tả công việc:

- Use cost estimation software to assist with quantity take-offs and the preparation of estimates for projects in Japan.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Assist the Japanese side in quantity take-offs (collecting quantities) and preparing cost estimates using specialized estimation software
- Communicate regularly with the Japanese team to ensure data accuracy and project alignment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager and discussed during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc:

Good communication in Japanese (N2 JLPT)
- The candidate is interested in cost estimation and reading technical drawings (Civil engineering works)

- Graduated from College
