Quality Engineer

1. Supervise the process quality

• Monitor error prone processes; detect and prevent errors from occurring
• Lead teams to implement quality improvement projects

2. Solve and defects analysis

• Record defects, compile statistics and analyze root causes (5 Why, Fishbone...).
• Coordinate departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (8D report, CAPA).
• Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement action

3. Establish and update quality standards

• Develop inspection standards for each stage of insole production
• Update new technical requirements from customers, communicate to production and QC department.

4. Training and guidance for QC staff and workers

• Instructions on skills to identify errors and use testing equipment
• Quality awareness training for workers on the line.

5. Conduct periodic assessments and audits

• Conduct internal audits at all stages.
• Support customer reception, factory quality assessment (if any)

6. Reporting and analysis of quality data

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly defects reports
• Analyze trends to make recommendations for process or test equipment improvements.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional in specified projects aim to support company and operation department goals and strategy

• Contribute and support project team target and action plan

• Education: Prefer with bachelor of Industry Management or Quality Management.
• Foreign language:Prefer with English fluency, 2nd foreign languauge (Chinese, cantonese, or other) are prefer
• Years of Experience:Prefer to have at least 1 years experience at QA/QC in the footwear industry.
