QC Supervisor

• Manage incoming material, and Finished good quality.

• Quality control during production.

• Setting quality standards, quality procedure and daily supervising to ensure quality of product.

• Maintaining and implementing the quality management system of the factory.

• Proposing ideas for improvement, effective product quality control solutions

• Conduct and be responsible for internal assessment, supplier audit.

• Manage records and procedures to meet audit requirements from customers, certification organizations

• Make periodical reports as requirement.

• Manage system ISO ...if any

• Manage and maintain measuring tools.

• Work plans for the department, instruct and train for employees.

• Supervise the QC staff while doing tasks as assigned.

• Train and implement the company's plans and regulations for employees.

• And related works as assignment.

• Education : College or University graduation in engineering/quality management.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience, priority with who has worked in wood industry.

• Knowledge of:

+ Quality management

+ Analytical skills.

+ Organizational skills.

• Ability to lead people and get results through others.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Vietnamese and English).

• Attention to detail.

• Product and process knowledge.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
