QC Specialist (25445) [Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ HCM]

1. Research and develop the manufacturing procedure of new cosmetic formula (Bulk)
• Collaborate with Headquarters and other employees in Quality Control Department to develop final bulk manufacturing procedure
• Make the sample for new product and check its stability in the lab
• Evaluate the bulk trial run and check its stability test
• Make final report for Trial Run
2. Control the quality of current Bulk
• Shuttling bulk trouble happen in all related Departments
• Evaluate the trouble by technical knowledge. Find out the root cause, make preventive action for each trouble
3. Support and Train Technical knowledge/ manufacturing procedure for Staff
• Prepare Training Document
• Training theory and practice
• Evaluate training result
4. The other task of QC Department
• Control and update SOP/ WI according to operation of Department
• Make preparation for infrastructure of laboratory, calibrate equipment used in QC Department and others if necessary
• Improve the manufacturing procedure to increase productivity and keep stable product quality

1. Education background
- University or higher degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related filed
2. Skills
• English is at least Intermediate level
• Time management and planning skills
3. Experience
• Significant and professional experience in raw material of cosmetic and personal care products (lipstick, skincare, haircare,….)
• From 3-4 years working in researching and developing (R&D) cosmetic manufacturing procedure
